It is a blend of Arabica from Brazil and Robusta from Uganda. Arabica is ripened evenly because of long hours of consistent sunshine in the local environment; that’s why its taste is rich. Robusta produced in clay-rich volcanic soil carries a bold taste with high caffeine levels, making users more focused and energetic right on the spot. This blend produces a roast that is substantial enough for milk-based drinks and also balanced enough to avoid harshness.
Tasting Notes of Robusta Blend Coffee
This coffee blend is 70% Brazil and 30% Uganda. Every roast has its own tasting profile, covering aroma, body, acidity, and finish. The Blend opens with a milk chocolate sweetness, layered with caramel and a warm, toasted nut character. It carries through to a smooth, lingering finish. The body sits at three out of five while acidity stays low. This balance suits the roast chiefly for espresso-based beverages, where the caramel and toasted-nut character continues to come through once steamed milk is added.

The Blend is sourced through direct relationships with growers in both regions. We roast these beans by hand in local blend coffee units rather than using machines. We ensure they maintain their originality throughout the process. Roasting the two origins together lets the sweetness of the Brazilian beans carry through while the Ugandan Robusta keeps its strength. No one origin masks the other’s taste. Each of our batches passes a quality check before packing. We seal blended coffee beans promptly after roasting to protect the aroma built during the process. We ensure that freshness is maintained from arrival through to dispatch. We use standard packaging and efficient transport. It helps us preserve the roast until it reaches the customer.
